DreamExplained is a small independent team, and we read every message personally. We aim to reply within a few business days, though during busy periods it can take a little longer. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will do our best to prioritize it. Messages that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the site may not receive a reply.
